Angie Chambers
Angie re-trained and qualified as a medical secretary in 1994, having previously worked as a State Enrolled Nurse. She is extremely experienced having worked as Practice Manager in General Practice and as a Consultant Secretary in various specialties including surgery, urology and cancer services.
Patient Accounts Administrator
Julia Talbot
Julia qualified as a Medical Secretary in 1989 and then went on to work for a Merchant Bank. After having her family she became self-employed doing a wide variety of jobs ranging from driving Doctors at Worcester Races to doing Farm Secretarial work. She is a keen tennis player and skier. Julia joined the Joint Clinic in October 2005 and has since taken over operating the patient’s accounts department".

Sarah Reading
Sarah trained as an RGN in The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn. Throughout her career she has worked in an Intensive and Coronary Care, Acute Surgical Receiving and Neurosugical/Neuromedical Units. Sarah then completed an extensive course in learning about the conditions and treatments of neurological conditions and management of the busy unit, in Queens Medical Centre Nottingham. Following a move to Scotland with her husband and giving birth to her sons, she worked for a short while as a district nurse before moving back to Worcestershire.
Receptionist
Elaine Anderson
Elaine originally trained as teacher and then trained as a RGN from 1982 to 1985 in Burton on Trent. Elaine has worked in several hospitals as a staff nurse and then returned to teaching. Elaine is now one of our part-time receptionists.
