Reception Staff
Our reception staff are qualified nurses and offer a professional, friendly welcome. All of our staff are selected for their skills and commitment to our high standards of quality and service. We endeavour to ensure that our consultants and their patients are completely satisfied. Visitors to the Hawthorns are immediately put at ease when they are greeted by one of our friendly team. We deliver a personal service by offering refreshments and reading matter in the attractive conservatory style waiting room. Making an appointments at the Hawthorns is quick, easy and stressfree.
Secretarial Support
Our team of AMSPAR qualified medical secretaries offer an outstanding service. Correspondence is turned around quickly and efficiently, telephones are manned Monday to Friday. The Hawthorn secretaries are supported by high-tec information systems, including Bluespier Private Practice Manager which combines detailed clinical data capture with the administrative functions required to run an efficient private practice thus enabling efficient bookings and effective and accurate cross-flow of communication. PACS access is available on site.
