About The Joint Clinic
The Joint Clinic came into existence in 2003. The team of specialists include seven Orthopaedic Consultants, one Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon, one Consultant Neurosurgeon and one Pain Management Anaesthesia Consultant who have joined together to form one of the first multi-disciplinary Orthopaedic clinics in the UK. Whether suffering from a sports injury, arthritis or worn out joints, there is a Joint Clinic specialist who will advise and treat you with the skill, care and understanding you would expect.
The group was set up by three orthopaedic surgeons, each with a specific area of interest. The aim is to provide a dedicated specialist approach to every patient’s orthopaedic problem. Since the inception of the Joint Clinic, more surgeons with the same level of expertise and philosophy on treatment have joined the organisation including a neurosurgeon specialising in spinal surgery. The success of this concept has been praised by both GPs and patients alike.
When necessary, our services are complemented by involving surgeons and specialists who are experts in other fields and so provide a complete and comprehensive patient care.
The Worcestershire based Orthopaedic Clinic offers patients choice of location for both outpatient consultations and surgery as it uses the modern facilities of the Droitwich Spa private hospital as well as the BUPA South Bank hospital.
